How to Return an Item

To start a return, please complete the returns form below and we'll be in touch to guide you through the process.

Our Returns Policy

  • You have 21 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags still attached.
  • Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Return Postage

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.
  • We strongly recommend keeping proof of postage when sending your return, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
